CSA = Community Supported Agriculture. It just means that you support local farmers. Once a week, the farmers market comes to you!
Our CSA is in two parts: fresh produce from Angel Family Farm, in Goshen, NY; and everything else (dairy, eggs, spices–basically anything you can find at a local farmers market) from Lewis Waite Farm CSA Extras.
Produce pickup from Angel Family Farm is every week. Items from Lewis Waite Farm are dropped off every other week.
Start Date: Tuesday June 18th 2019
End Date: October 15th 2019
Pick up Time: Tuesdays, 6pm-8pm
Our pickup location is Warren St. Marks Community Garden, with entrances on Warren St and St Marks Place, in Park Slope, Brooklyn. The street address is 619-623 Warren St, Brooklyn, NY 11217.
To join the first part of our CSA, simply fill out a check made payable to Angel Family Farm INC. and give or mail it to the coordinator:

Price for Angel Family Farm Produce pickup:
$500 for full share, paid by May 31
$300 for half share, paid by May 31

Produce shares are available later than the first pickup date at a prorated price – just ask.
Lewis Waite Farm CSA Extras provides us with farm-fresh goodies from upstate NY and Vermont, including eggs, maple syrup, meat, dairy – basically anything you’d find at a local upstate farmers market. It is pay-as-you-go. Once you’ve joined the core CSA, you’ll have access to order direct from https://csalewiswaitefarm.com/
If you just want to order from Lewis Waite Farm, we can set that up, too. There is a $30 administrative fee for that, payable to David Bivins; after payment you’ll have full access to shop https://csalewiswaitefarm.com/
